SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to all 50 states as well as to the UK and Canada. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.
PREPARATION TIME – Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours and will be continuously processed Monday – Friday. Deliveries may take 3-10 business days.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES – Domestic shipping rates are $9.99 on all orders less than $99.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION – This promotion for free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $99.99. This promotion currently only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Transit time is the same as standard.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – Orders must be placed before noon to be received the next day.
HOLIDAYS – All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – We offer multiple methods of shipping for international shipments – DHL, UPS, and USPS services. Please note that any international orders will be potentially subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. By placing your order, you are agreeing to bear these charges upon the package’s arrival.

RETURNS
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS. The basis being that we are offering free swatches with with low cost shipping. This gives you the ability to know what you are getting before making a final purchase. We encourage all buyers to get swatches before making a purchase so you see the color and feel the quality of the fabric you are going to be buying.
Returns will only be accepted in the case of damages. You will need to send the fabric back to our warehouse. Once we receive the fabric, we will inspect it for damages and then issue a refund.
Contact customer service (phone, email, or chat) with your order number to request a return label and initiate the refund process.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
RETURN SHIPPING
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and are deducted from the total return.
Please handle all items with care and return in the same condition in which they were received. If an item has been cut, washed, or altered, it is not eligible for a refund. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage.
