Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states and internationally. If we do not ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout. 

To ensure your package is delivered properly in the expected timeframe, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Shipments to PO Boxes will be delivered via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to processing time, in addition to the shipping time spent with the carrier. Standard domestic and international orders may require 1-3 business days of processing time before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. 

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
The estimated timeline for processing, transit, and final delivery will be stated at checkout. Once shipped, orders to US destinations may take 1-2 business to arrive, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

EXPRESS SHIPPING – Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to be received the next day.


SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. If you refuse any shipments from zelouffabrics.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credits issued.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $99. This promotion currently only applies in the US to the 48 contiguous states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. As we have no control over these fees, we suggest contacting your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. We are not responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your package. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any merchandise refund.

DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to process, depending on the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, and we do not issue refunds or credits in this case.

RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, zelouffabrics.com reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify an address provided. Additionally, zelouffabrics.com reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns history involving used, cut, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
