Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process.

Preparation Time - Orders are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours and will be continuously processed Monday – Friday. Deliveries may take 3-10 business days.

Standard Shipping Rates - Domestic shipping rates are $7.99 on all orders less than $60. 

Free Shipping Promotion - This promotion for free shipping on all orders over $59.99. This promotion only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Please note transit time is still the same as the standard and free promotional shipping offers of at least 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping Services - Choose expedited shipping to enjoy your items sooner! This option is only available to customers who ship in the continental United States.

Holidays - All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times.

International Shipping - We offer multiple methods of shipping for international shipments - DHL, UPS and USPS services. Please note, any and all customs charges for international orders will potentially be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. By placing your order, you are agreeing to bear these charges upon the package's arrival.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 15-day money back guarantee on all items except clearance, swatches and Special Orders. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from the total return. Zelouf Fabrics will not be responsible for any return shipping costs

Contact Customer Service (phone, email or chat) to receive a return label and initiate the refund process. Please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers to initiate the refund process.

Please handle all items with care and return in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage.

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
