It has a dense raised pile, appealing drape, and soft sheen. Velvet is most considered a special-occasion fabric for dresses, skirts, tops, gowns, and pants, but it can work equally well as a luxe option for daytime wear.

Burnout Fabric is an opaque and transparent fabric effect. It is commonly applied to velvet, organza, and various knit fabrics.  It is a type of fabric treatment where the material undergoes a chemical process to dissolve fibers to create a semi-transparent pattern against a more solidly woven design. Burnouts are frequently used as an overlay for dresses and blouses as well as scarves. 

Foil Fabric adds an exciting and unique dimension to apparel. It has a stunning sheen look, a naturally flowing drape, and is lightweight and thin. Foil printing is a good way to add a glam and luxurious shiny into a fabric.  It comes in all different colors and shapes on different fabrics. It is soft to the touch, but features a coarse grain look and texture. Foil fabric is ideal for skirts, pants, tops, athletic wear, costumes, dancewear, and bridal party dresses.

Animal Print Fabric patterns look like animal skin or fur. Examples include zebra, leopard, crocodile, or snake. These patterns are very trendy and fashionable and can be used in scarfs, dresses, blouses, and pants. They can be colored in traditional animal colors or with a splash of color to make the patterns more fashion forward.
